

Trouble Shooting for Viewing PDF Files
Getting a blank page after clicking to download a PDF file?
You will need to make a setting change in Adobe Acrobat Reader
For Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or later...

Close all Adobe Acrobat Reader files you may be using
|
|
2.
|
Make sure Acrobat Reader is open
|
|
3.
|
In the File menu (in Acrobat Reader) click on Preferences, then click on General:
(File --> Preferences --> General)
|
|

|
Once in General preferences go to the Options Section (near bottom)
|
|
5.
|
Look for the Web Browser Integration option (right column)
|
|
6.
|
Make sure the check box is empty (DO NOT click if already empty)
|
|
7.
|
Click OK
|
|
8.
|
Close Acrobat Reader
|
|
9.
|
Open your browser and view the PDF
|
|

We recommend clearing the cache and history in the browser
